There was a huge tragedy that he had to address —it was a very somber occasion— but he led off with a jubilant “shout out” to some ethnic person in the audience.
Anyone remember what that was..? It was on TV, but I can’t quite place it, just now.

Obama did a happy shout-out to…..

It was the Fort Hood homegrown jihadist shooting.
IIRC, after the jihadist shooting/murders at Ft. Hood, the Caliph (”Obama”, or whatever his name is) responded by giving a shout-out to some Indianian or something before mentioning the attack.
