“99% of Chicago’s problems could be solved with one simple societal change:
Women, require men to marry you before getting sex.”
But that won’t solve the problem because the men will “marry” a dozen or more women if that’s what it takes to continue to procreate all over town. And it won’t make them provide for their offspring either. The only “real answer” is castration.
I don’t think these people actually have a goal of procreating.
They’re not thinking past the big O.
