Until I see...USA Military Generals, US Border Patrol, Sheriffs, Police Dept's all over the country coming together and coming out in the open...calling Obama out. I don't trust much happening...........................
They all took that position if they took an oath.
In other words, no government agency out there is going to tell ya they refuse to act in accordance with the Constitution.

If true, it’s still not good enough. The refuse to help the feds remove the protestors but what they should do is refuse to process the illegals. Stop it at the source. Stopping them from going to Murietta only sends them somewhere else.

Ask yourself, it they refused orders, and had this virtual rank and file mutiny, why did they not come forward for support of the people? This would be big, big time news...
Where was their news conference?? Why did they not go to the people for support, where massive support clearly exists?
Where was the rank and file spokesperson who stood up and said enough with all the mutineers standing behind him?

This is one person speaking up..and maybe has the support of others of the rank and file..but not command. Therefore...it's not going to be official.
People are afraid to speak out in many instances...for fear of losing their livelihoods.
I've had that happen in my job....and it makes for some interesting ethical situations.

There was more than a little cooperation between the Border Patrol and the people of Murrieta. A lot of BP live there. It’s their town, too.
