Everyone knows Hamas would refuse a ceasefire and/or break it immediately, so I see accepting the cease-fire right away as a VERY smart move by Israel. I don’t see what they have to lose because it totally legitimizes their responses WHEN Hamas breaks or refuses the ceasefire.
Lets let thousands of rocket rain down on your neighborhood and then let you wax rhapsodic about calling a cease-fire so the enemy could rearm and start it all over.
