Cuomo says 'we don't get tornadoes' in NY, but we've had at least 417

Syracuse, N.Y. -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo told reporters last week that the rare deadly tornado that struck Madison County on July 8 was part of a "new normal" of extreme weather.
"We don't get tornadoes in New York, right? Anyone will tell you that," Cuomo said at a news conference July 8 in Smithfield, where the tornado struck. "Well, we do now."
In fact, we always have.
Since the federal government started keeping a tally in 1950, New York has had at least 417 tornadoes. That's an average of seven per year.
"For him to say we don't get tornadoes in New York was incorrect," said Scott Steiger, a SUNY Oswego meteorology professor. "He didn't do his homework. Severe weather has happened in New York for a long time."

I don’t think he is sheltered, so much as he only exposes himself to what he already believes in. Conservatives are much more likely to expose themselves to liberal lies, in order to refute them. Someone told him New York does not get tornadoes. He naturally believed it, because he wanted to be able to blame it on the fake global whatever.

Cuomo was correct because he was following the accepted Global Warming narrative. The facts are irrelevant if they don’t follow the narrative.

Cuomo's "potatoe" moment?
Not bloody likely. The media would have to mention it in every story about Cuomo as they've been doing to Quayle for 22 years now and counting. They haven't gotten around to covering his role as HUD secretary in causing much of the subprime disaster so what's 417 tornadoes among friends?

They don’t get them in NYC.
Cuomo thinks NY City is New York.
He is just another typical dumbass downstater has no clue what New York STATE is like, where it is, or what we do, how we think or how we live. And Dumbass downstaters run the state due to the insanely high population density down there.
Those of us up here in New York STATE have no say. We are ruled as a colony by the dumbassed downstaters.
And that is why NY STATE is always screwed over.

Proving, beyond all doubt, that Andrew Cuomo is attempting to use feces for brains, and is finding that it don't work so good.

Cuomo’s a stupid liberal elite... the press will look the other way... they’ll cover for him. The excuse will be something that shows a difference between him and Dan Quayle. “We would cover it but in Dan Quayle’s case he was running for VP... and that’s way what Cuomo said doesn’t matter... he’s already elected.”
