I must say I have given this stupid sport all the chances I can. Every time I try to watch a game it results in immediate sleep, which is something since I suffer from insomnia. I am now going to use recorded games to assist in sleeping at night.
Please 1-0 after two extra innings!!!! How exciting can that be?
Thank God it’s over for 4 years!!!
“One month of this third world sport is about all I can take. “
Germany is hardly a 3rd world country.
It’s hilarious libs who yawn at football and baseball (e.g.. anything uniquely American) worship the soccer ball.
Go Seahawks!!!!
I heard they blamed the Rolling Stones for losing.
Very odd.
I’ve watched my Cincinnati Reds, who have really good pitching and worse than average batting, lose a few games this year 1-0.
Germany beat someone the other day 7-1. In football that would be 49-7. A 14-7 football game wouldn’t raise eyebrows at all. You can find links to hundreds of them.
7-0 is not an unheard of football score, either. It’s not common, but fans don’t say they’re quitting football over it.
Yay soccer.
Heck, that's the average score the Texas Rangers are losing by these days.
Oh spare us.
Will Germany buy him back?
2015 Gold Cup should provide a good first look for the US 2018 squad.
I know libs, IBEW and Teamsters in fact, who watch NFL football. Is it still ok to watch on Sundays? Please let me know.
No, but the sport is.
Can’t get into the women’s game. They play at about the speed and level of a good (not great) boys U17 team. Yawn.
Thanks god this snoozefest is over so I won’t have to hear about soccer for four years
Darn! Next to the paint drying on my back porch . . this is the most exciting event ever!!
