Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley advocated for sympathy for the surge of young Central American immigrants flooding the U.S. southern border, arguing that to turn the children away without due process would be un-American given what violence awaits in their home countries.
"We are not a country that should turn children away and send them back to certain death," he told reporters Friday at a National Governors Association meeting in Nashville. ....
O'Malley said the children deserve due process under U.S. law.
"They should have their ability to make their case for protection and asylum in the United States," he said.
"I believe that it is contrary to everything that we stand for as a people to try to summarily send back to death, whether it's in famine; death whether it's in the middle of the ocean; death whether it's in a war torn area or death in a place where gangs are the greatest threat to stability and the rule of law and Democratic institutions in this hemisphere."

Of course the Republicans and the rest of the country do know that Bush's TVPR Act (Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act) of 2008 that is being absolutely abused and purposely misinterpreted to facilitate the invasion of the US by minor children, was actually named to protect minor children caught up in and to combat sex trafficking south of the border right? Therefore .... why the heck are almost ALL of these invaders being allowed into the US if next to none of them qualify for entry under the TVPR Act?

Exactly. And if they send enough of them, they will make their own South Chicago or Detroit in your own city. The unemployment they create will induce kids to fall into criminal activity to survive. The unemployment problem with our youth is the biggest driver to the illegal drug industry. The minority youth are affected the most. We will have a 10x increase in the Trayvon Martins stalking our neighborhoods with a hoodie and a AR-15. Your daughters will disappear into the White Slave market. You sons will be seduced to shoot up heroin and your homes will be ransacked by home invasion. Our prisons will be a new employment opportunity. This nation which stands on the morality of the Christian faith will be overcome from within.
All this because we didn't have a president who did not heed to Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution:
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

What hyperbole! Really? Gangs? Think Detroit over the 4th Weekend with 18? murders and dozens of injuries. But say the above is true, then how many do we take in from around the world to be compassionate and still maintain our own national identity? I've been asking that question for decades as a dues paying member of FAIR.
No one ever has answered me, because there is no reasonable answer. That's the way of life on this Rock. People (including children) die and have hardships. Hell, I lived in cars in my youth and barely had little to nothing to eat at times. But I worked my way out of it. Yes, it's nothing compared to the children in Africa.
Screw the third world. Let them gestate in their home-grown hell holes. They've had the opportunities and funds from USA tax-payers and other countrys' dollars and have done little with it. As I've often said, not all cultures are equal, and that includes Central America migrants.

it is not the fault of the US that the foreign countries are corrupt and dangerous. The world is dangerous most places outside the USA (and some places inside the USA).
Instead of blaming the USA for returning the illegals, blame the countries they’re coming from
