I have a different take on affairs.
The Obama minions know that he must never be allowed off the leash, to wing it. They have prepared a tight schedule for every day of every month far into the future. The schedule rules, every contingency is choreographed, no deviation is permitted.
Obama is forced to maintain the schedule that is designed to have him and thus the press to promote some moonbat goal. This goal promoting is really all the man is capable of doing. The apparatchiks prepare the programs and develop the strategies and send Obama out to make the speech.
Few actually hear the speech until the key sound bites are blasted across the media. The pundits using their daily propaganda talk sheets amplify and extend the president’s efforts.
The President is sometimes forced by events to depart the manicured schedule. He either can’t or won’t. He dithers. The staff dithers. Decisions are impossible because the schedule rules
The result is photos playing pool and drinking beer while disaster is in process. The pool shooting photos will be measured on a historical scale featuring Nero fiddling while Rome burns.
