Obama is the EXECUTIVE. He took an OATH to act to enforce the laws.
Yet he tries to get off the hook by blaming congress and republicans for not giving him money he just wants to waste on non-actions.
He is not incompetent. He just refuses to do the right thing.
I blame Obama totally for failure to act and failure to lead.

State governors should act on their own.
If the department of justice wants to challenge that, ARREST THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR BREAKING THE STATE LAWS. Hold Holder without bail in the state jail.
Governor has a pen and a phone too!!!!!

3.7 billion just to consider an idea, not to actually do it? And why does he need to be bribed to fulfill his constitutional obligations?

Giving Obama $3.7 Billion to fix the border problem he created would be the same as giving Hitler the same to fix the concentration camp problem. Neither one see each issue as a problem for themselves.

Perry is a fraud. Remember when he stood at the debates and said that Texas did not need a fence? He said his creek was enough of a barrier.

Let Obama take the $3.7 billion out of the SNAP budget. Make him pay very dearly for those new Democrat voters.

happy to consider The usual complete lack of balls to say what he really believes and intends to do. He will go on "considering" forever and do nothing. Exactly like the Keystone pipeline situation.

is this immigration mess turning into a bottomless pit, where Obama and pro-amnesty people won't be happy until every child in Central America journeys to America and is allowed to stay? No, only when all of their families are permitted to rejoin them in the interests of "family reunification" and are then given citizenship so they can vote in our elections. That's what all of this is about.

The corrupt Dem congress in 2008 slipped in the Feinstein amendment that prevents minors who claim refuge status from being deported without due process ( unconstitutional IMHO ). We can put as many National Guard on the border as we want and there is nothing they can do.

Sharp contrast---the feeble, self-absorbed ding-a-ling now in the WH..
An historic commanding president who respects the constitution.

The deluge at the border kinda makes you wonder if Perry had similar plans---when he went all-out for this.

Rick Perry's Trans Texas Corridor PlanPerry's long history of bone-headed ideas could be because he was on drugs after back surgery.
Or maybe he's just perpetual loser who switched from the democrat party but is still a liberal. My vote is for the latter.
Either way, the pro-ILLEGAL alien governor of Texas is not presidential material.
