The Texas border is a river. Portions are virtually uninhabited on both sides.

Rivers have banks. In places crossable build the wall. Cattle need water? Irrigation needs? Simple solution is to install piping before construction. There's been enough excuses as to why it can't be done the time now is to get it done.

Many people have had to make sacrifices by selling out needed land for the well being of communities or even region and that especially runs true for families who have lived in the Tennessee Valley for several generations now has it not? Why are some exempt? Political connections perhaps? Ones wanting cheap farm/ranch labor never mind the carnage to others?
