Not to defend Bonehead....but in this case he is right.

While the house could vote to impeach, the senate will NEVER vote to convict as long as there is not a 66 seat Republican majority. There is not a democRAT alive today that will vote to convict that treasonous bastard and a good many Republicans who won’t vote for it either ( McCain, Graham, etc)

And even it is was a straight party line vote, there is the “partisan” aspect if it were to go that way. Without a single democRAT vote, impeachment is not going to happen.

It’s going to take 10 or so democRATs to inform Barry and the wookie to pack their bags.

I’ll bet there will be a vote in August. The republicans don’t want to be in the majority and they’re doing everything they can to make sure they’re not. If they get the majority they might have to do something. They’d rather protect the status quo and keep those perks.
