The American Civil Liberties Union sued the federal government on behalf of thousands of immigrant children, saying they haven’t been provided with lawyers for deportation hearings in violation of the Constitution and immigration law.
The lawsuit comes as the Obama administration grapples with a surge of unaccompanied minors from Central America crossing the border. President Barack Obama on Tuesday asked Congress for an emergency $3.7 billion to increase detainment and court facilities to handle the children's cases. On Wednesday The administration today announced plans to provide more court and legal resources.

ACLU = American Communist Lying Union. The last thing they are interested in is Civlil Liberties for Americans!
Although I consider the ACLU a necessary evil I do believe that they have become too political over the years and yes they have done some stupid stuff. This is one of them.

I think a higher priority is government funded lawyers for Lois Lerner’s victims.
Someone ought to sue the ACLU for saying “Government funded”.
That is an outrageous lie. Government doesn’t fund anything.
The proper term is “paid for by money taken forcibly from taxpayers”.
This is exactly why these “children” need to be prevented from getting into this country in the first place.
