So, of course, your point is a correct one. Here's another consideration. Ask yourself: who would you prefer appoint federal judges, Obama, Romney, or no difference?

Most conservatives would mock the very question. And that's because most conservatives stick to their principles, to the point of going down with the ship (time and again). Gotta teach the GOPe a lesson! And the dem's just love it when we do that.
