On July 6 the Counterintelligence Department together with the Kherson regional Security Service detained one of the leaders of the so-called DPR, Ukrainian citizen Volodymyr Kovalchuk, born 30 April, 1967, nicknamed Sosna (Pine) who is a communication agent of head of the terrorists Girkin (Strelok). The terrorist was detained while attempting to cross the administrative border between Crimea and mainland Ukraine, Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the agency.
Sosna is an active partner of the creation of the Donetsk People's Republic.
He participated in the fighting on the side of the separatists in the Donetsk region, conducted the overall coordination of the terrorist informants, summarized their intelligence findings and passed them to the leaders of Vostok (East) battalion for use in operations against the Ukrainian forces.
In addition, Sosna tried to organize export to Russia of early warning radar system Kolchuga (Chainmail) captured by the terrorists in Donetsk at Topaz Company.
In May-June 2014 he was directly responsible for sending Donetsk separatists to Russian GRU (The Main Intelligence Directorate) combat training camps, the Ukraine Security Service notes. Source: http://en.censor.net.ua/p292917
Looks like things might be quickly falling apart for the pro-Russian thugs in Eastern Ukraine. Hopefully in their trials more info will come out.

At the moment the battalion Artemivsk is setting up checkpoints on approach to Artemivskiy district.
Grim times for the Putinista crowd who are probably still busy blaming and screaming about the Right Sector for every ill under the sun - even though Right Sector candidates only got 2% of the vote between them.
