BORDER CRISIS: CONGRESSMAN SAYS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ‘CAUSING HUMAN TRAFFICKING’

Navy pilot, combat veteran, and Oklahoma Congressman Jim Bridenstine, who sits on the House Armed Services committee, was denied entry to the Health and Human Services facility housing over 1,000 unaccompanied alien children at the Fort Sill military base in Oklahoma. Appearing in an interview on Breitbart News Saturday with Editor in Chief of Breitbart News and host of the show Alex Marlow, Bridenstine recounted his experience on Wednesday when he visited the base to discuss military topics with the commanding general.

Afterward, the Congressman drove over to the area at the base where illegal alien detainees were being held. Immediately, he was thwarted from entering the holding area because of a surrounding, newly-built chain link fence blocking off the area. Other than the fence, Bridenstine said that the housing looked like a typical apartment complex, often seen on military bases. Marlow considered the incident ironic, saying “I thought America wasn’t good at building fences.” The Congressman replied that, for this administration, fences don’t work on our southern border, but they work on a military base.

The Congressman then drove around the fenced-off area, where unaccompanied illegal immigrant children are being held, looking for a security guard station or check in point. After driving around the barracks a couple of times, Bridenstine discovered that “there were no access points, all the gates were locked down tight, and there was no security person visible." Finally, Bridenstine saw someone peering through a crack in the fence, so he walked over and introduced himself. “I’m United States Congressman Jim Bridenstine; I’m on the Armed Services committee; I represent the first district of Oklahoma, and I would very much like to speak to the person who runs this facility.”

I'm sure other FReepers have diagrammed what is going on, but I would like to add my opinion.

President Obama, in violation of the Constitution, his oath of office, and International Law, is aiding and abetting the mass human trafficking of, and exploitation of, vulnerable minors across international borders with the goal of having them enter the United States illegally. A side effect of this is that because Law Enforcement personnel are distracted from their duties, there is a greatly increased likelihood that hardened drug cartel members and terrorists have a greater chance of entering this nation undetected.

Once the minors are in the country, Obama is unlawfully ordering sworn officers to violate their oaths of office, and deliberately violate the law, and consciously and unlawfully transport vulnerable minors, many with contagious diseases, across state lines, in violation of Federal Law and State laws regarding transporting and exploiting minors who are victims of human trafficking. This has the effect of endangering the health of many Americans and is detrimental to the general welfare.

In a State like California, the Governor should be considered as an un-indicted co-conspirator, who is aiding and abetting the crime of human trafficking and exploitation of minors. While Obama might be immune from prosecution for now, a State Official is NOT immune for violating Federal Laws, nor is he immune from prosecution for violating State laws. All citizens of California have the right to make an arrest if a felony is committed in their presence, and the bus drivers, plane pilots, and other transporters of the children may be arrestable for child endangerment - a very serious felony in California.

Further, any officer who confronts, threatens, or intimidates a citizen who wishes to enforce the laws against child exploitation and child endangerment subjects himself to violating the rights of a citizen under color of authority. Any officer who aids and abets the human trafficking is also subject to prosecution for committing federal crimes under color of authority.

Information developed from sources has revealed that some of the children have died during transport prior to arrival in America, and some have been kidnapped and sold into sexual slavery. In essence, The President, and all persons, sworn and un-sworn, and all California State politicians, and all sworn officers, and all civilians who are assisting in the transportation of the minors, and the housing of the minors, are engaging in aiding and abetting the crime of human trafficking, child endangerment, and child abuse, and are in violation of International laws, Federal laws, and State laws, and should be prosecuted, and if convicted, should be sentenced to the maximum terms of incarceration and financial penalties permitted by law.

We the people demand that President Obama and Vice President Biden immediately resign. We demand the nullification of all of Obama's judicial and governmental appointments. We the people demand the resignation from office of all elected Democrats, Federal and State, as it has become abundantly clear that the criminal enterprise otherwise known as the Democrat Party has forfeited its right to govern. We further demand that the names of all Democrats, in all political races, have their names stricken from all ballots, as we believe that persons engaged in criminal activities should not be permitted to compete for political office. We the People demand that the Democrat Party be formally declared as an ongoing criminal enterprise, operating in the manner of other outlawed criminal enterprises.

We the People demand the immediate deportation of all the children, and their families, and the rest of the millions of illegal aliens who are in this country without legal documents.

We the People demand that the United States be returned to a nation of laws, and not be ruled by the whim of one man.
