An Attack That Came Out of the Ether ( excerpt from page 3 of 4)
Of the file folders that are spread in neat rows across Allen's desk, only one is bulging. It holds printouts of the reams of conversations about Obama's religion appearing on Free Republic. Since its start in 1996 by Jim Robinson of Fresno, Calif., the site has grown into a home for discussion of all types -- though it is particularly noted for spirited political discussions dominated by conservatives and libertarians. Freepers, as they're called, converse with a varying degree of transparency. Most remain anonymous.
Allen counted 23 freepers among those engaging in regular discussions about Obama's religion, and isolated a handful whom she began to suspect as having a role in the e-mail.

It is and I forgot. Of course it was a joke.
Definitely! :D
Well, I couldn’t tell. Sorry! :)
He may have been in on it when Obama’s publisher’s bio stated he was born in Kenya until just a couple years ago, too.
I remember the discussion with Mosk. He called me and asked me if I had received a political email about Obama. I told him that I had not and that I made it a practice not to give out my email address.
At that time, I was using a tag line, “once a Muslim, always a Muslim, which we all know to be a statement of fact,. A person does not resign from the Muslim religion. I had gotten my facts about Obama from Wikipedia. I did recommend the wiki article to others who, like me, had never heard of Barack Obama before the Democrat convention.
The article included all the details of his schooling in Indonesia and his family’s Muslim background. The reporter in the WA PO did not really identify me, though, because he gave out false information about the details . I don’t know if he is just a poor listener, or he did it on purpose.
The woman is a sociopathic hate monger, a vicious political hack.
Agreed.
Alas I continue to read the article I came to the first lie. The article says that the story about Obama being a Muslim was spread after the speech at the Democrat convention. That is not true, the information was right there on Wikipedia when he was giving the speech.
I know because I googled him while he was speaking because I was disturbed by something in his speech, the use of cadence and trigger words that reminded me of an old fashioned tent preacher. It was all there in detail. What wasn’t there was the information about Reverend Wright.
Obama’s own sister was quoted as saying that their whole family were Muslim and that everyone that they knew were Muslim in Indonesia?
Reverend Wright stated that his church was a great place for apostate Muslims. Wright’s PHD divinity is actually inI Islamic studies, not Christianity.
Hi! I remember corresponding with you at the time; don’t know if we’ve crossed paths since. I ‘m ashamed to say that my first crack at your name before I re-read the article in depth was “Lisa, “ anyway, there is no Lisa, but I pinged her anyway when I meant to ping you. Yeah, she’s a political hack, and certainly no cyber sleuth. It certainly wouldn’t take much smarts to figure out to come to a conservative site like FR to see a consideration of all angles of a story; then gather up a few names and target them as happened to you. Hope all is well with you.
She wasn’t wrong, she was lying. Matt Mosk told me that they were aware of the claims that were on the internet at the time of the Democrat convention.
It was all about intimidation, which comes up in almost every story about how Obama operates.

Matt Mosk did all the work for her. She was just angry face behind the effort to smear anyone who dared to speak out about Obama’s Muslim faith.
She is probably a friend of ValeryJarrett. Frankly,I never even bothered to look up anything about her. The minority hate mongers are a dime a dozen at universities around the country.
I agree. I thought at the time it was something Obamanoids had constructed and just got her to own it, since it gave them "academic respectability." Only difference I have with your analysis is I think it came out of Axelrod-Plouffe and they handed it to WaPo.
Obama's Father was a Muslim (and an atheistic Marxist). Under Muslim Law, religion is passed down through the Father, while in the Jewish religion, it is passed down through the Mother.
So, Obama, assuming Barack Obama Sr was his father and not Frank Marshall Davis, was born a Muslim.
Rev. Wright has reported that he never baptized Obama. We have zero information on Obama's conversion or acceptance of Christianity. Obama has never told the story about how he became a Christian.
Born a Muslim, no evidence of conversion means that logic dictates the Obama is a Muslim.
Where am I going wrong here?
The Swiftboaters told the truth about Kerry. There was no lies or misinformation. This gal has the credibility of a Thad Cochran or even Barack Obama, noted liar and con man.
She has enough credibility that leftists are letting her re-write the meaning of the Declaration of Independence and elevating her to genius status once again.
