The Department of Health and Human Services released nearly 1,300 pages of new regulations related to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) at 4:15 Thursday, just as the nation was beginning their Independence Day holiday weekend.
The regulations deal with payment rates to doctors and hospitals. How doctors get paid by HHS through the new, overreaching Obamacare guidelines has been an item of concern for the American Medical Association, a key supporter of the health care law.
As Philip Klein at the Washington Examiner points out, the practice of dumping potentially controversial regulations on the eve of a major holiday has become a pattern for the Obama Administration:

Nobody would do a document dump in a manner calculated to avoid media coverage unless the information it contained was going to be negative to the Obama Administration.
If it was good news, they’d have the Telepromptermeister on stage with all the adoring acolytes in the media in attendance.

The AMA deserves whatever happens to them because they never bothered to learn history: any time you lay with fascist dogs you catch fascist fleas.
Doctors, their staff, the utilities, the mortgage all need to bill those hours taken up filling out the red tape.
Guess where who it will be billed to?
(Hint: Its the way they hide taxes by making someone else send you a bill so the big, mean govt doesn’t get the blame. The rich doctors get the blame. Envy and revenge, envy and revenge, keep stoking those flames from 2008)
