Hillary Clinton continued to justify her high-dollar speaking fees on Friday, telling ABC News Ann Compton that all of the money shes made from colleges over the past year and a half has been donated to her familys foundation. All of the fees have been donated to the Clinton Foundation for it to continue its life-changing and life-saving work. So it goes from a foundation at a university to another foundation, Clinton said when asked about the criticism she and her husband have faced recently for their wealth. Hillary Clinton reportedly makes roughly $200,000 for each speaking engagement. And recent reports show

Wasn’t Chelsea a very highly paid employee/official of that very same foundation?
This is like paying off one credit card with another new one......
They claim Chelsea is an unpaid employee of the foundation.
But we all know the Clinton Crime Family is noted for world class language parsing.
Yes, I think Chelsea works for , and gets a paycheck, from that family foundation.
Yes, it’s a money scam of some sort. It may all be perfectly legal, and pass muster with the CPAs and attorneys and the IRS. But it’s a big insult to our intelligence, for Hillary to say, she doesn’t get speaking fees from colleges, she donates the fees collected to a family foundation which she controls.
Does Hillary really believe that any thinking individual, even liberals, believe her explanation and implication that she is not receiving these speaking fees????
foundation = wallet
And I was standing up. :)
This has me concerned...will giving this money to her foundation result in her and Billy Jeff being broke again, unable to make a down payment on their next multi-million dollar mansion.
What about poor Chelsea who just recently took a vow of poverty, will she be able to raise her baby on her own or will she have to seek public assistance. She may have to go to work for CNN an only make 10,000,000/year for not appearing on air.
I am really concerned about these great Americans...
“all of the money shes made from colleges over the past year and a half has been donated to her familys foundation”
Where it’s paid right back to her as salary.
Amen.
Donated to the Bill and Hill fund???
Donated To Clinton Global Initiative....and all travel expenses are in the expense report as they do their global work and travel.
I understand and I get it. I mean you could say that you “feel their pain.”
You know this is a lie.
My left pocket gives money to my right pocket, and I take a tax deduction for the donation.
What could be wrong with that?
No regulations about using foundations, charities, etc. as that kind of shell game?
Well, they’ve certainly refined their operation since the time Slick donated his used underwear for a tax deduction.
Unease at Clinton Foundation Over Finances and Ambitions
August 13, 2013
Soon after the 10th anniversary of the foundation bearing his name, Bill Clinton met with a small group of aides and two lawyers from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Two weeks of interviews with Clinton Foundation executives and former employees had led the lawyers to some unsettling conclusions.
The review echoed criticism of Mr. Clintons early years in the White House: For all of its successes, the Clinton Foundation had become a sprawling concern, supervised by a rotating board of old Clinton hands, vulnerable to distraction and threatened by conflicts of interest. It ran multimillion-dollar deficits for several years, despite vast amounts of money flowing in.
And concern was rising inside and outside the organization about Douglas J. Band, a onetime personal assistant to Mr. Clinton who had started a lucrative corporate consulting firm which Mr. Clinton joined as a paid adviser while overseeing the Clinton Global Initiative, the foundations glitzy annual gathering of chief executives, heads of state, and celebrities.
The review set off more than a year of internal debate, and spurred an evolution in the organization that included Mr. Clintons daughter, Chelsea, taking on a dominant new role as the family grappled with the question of whether the foundation and its globe-spanning efforts to combat AIDS, obesity and poverty would survive its founder.
This fall, Mrs. Clinton and her staff will move into offices at the foundations new headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, occupying two floors of the Time-Life Building. Amid speculation about her 2016 plans, Mrs. Clinton is adding major new initiatives on women, children and jobs to what has been renamed the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation.
Worried that the foundations operating revenues depend too heavily on Mr. Clintons nonstop fund-raising, the three Clintons are embarking on a drive to raise an endowment of as much as $250 million, with events already scheduled in the Hamptons and London. And after years of relying on Bruce R. Lindsey, the former White House counsel whose friendship with Mr. Clinton stretches back decades, to run the organization while living part-time in Arkansas, the family has hired a New York-based chief executive with a background in management consulting.
But the changing of the guard has aggravated long-simmering tensions within the former first familys inner circle as the foundation tries to juggle the political and philanthropic ambitions of a former president, a potential future president, and their increasingly visible daughter.
And efforts to insulate the foundation from potential conflicts have highlighted just how difficult it can be to disentangle the Clintons charity work from Mr. Clintons moneymaking ventures and Mrs. Clintons political future, according to interviews with more than two dozen former and current foundation employees, donors and advisers to the family. Nearly all of them declined to speak for attribution, citing their unwillingness to alienate the Clinton family.
So she donates the money to an entity that promotes her, her power and her agenda. And it’s tax deductible. Good deal.

I've read, maybe in Blood Feud, that Chelsea and husband live in multimillion dollar place in NY.
They’re Nascar racer Jeff Gordon’s neighbor in Manhattan.
Bought a sweet little 10mil condo.
Chel’s hubby is a 1 percenter hedge fund guy.
