He used his chairmanship power with the RNC to pull a slick con job giving fellow huckster, Terry McAuliffe hundreds of millions to bui;ld an electric car plant and sacm the green money fund. -—McAuliffe has yet to make a marketable car, but he’s livin’ high on the hog. Barbour probably got a good kickback from the deal, too.
