Yes they did.
Jefferson thought we would need a new revolution every 25 years or so.
Franklin didn’t think it could last that long either.
The Constitution and Bill of Rights were made for a moral people and are inadequate for anything else.
Your late Karl. And there is a remedy. It’s called impeachment!

Tokyo Rove should apologize on his KNEES to America
for leading the Team Romney attack surrogates
against Gov. Palin and her family
on the EVE of the 2008 Election — to make
Obama ‘King Barack I’.
Pandering to the TEA party.....
Nor did they envision Boss Hog!
They didn’t envision FRAUDULENT SENATOR COCKROACH EITHER, you piece of trash!!!!
They also did not envision a political process where there is only one ideological choice available to the voters, Rove.
Founding Father’s didn’t envision dirty vote fraud tactics in getting the opposition party to vote for you in Republican primaries either there KarlRove.
I doubt the Founding Fathers would have approved of a two-faced, scheming weasel like Rove.
Actually, they did. They just thought enough people would care to avoid it or that the separation of powers would limit the effects.
Well Karl, you are a few years too late with this observation. If you would have not spent your time trying to defeat real conservatives, perhaps Obama would have never been President or at the very least would be former President Obama.
Am I the only one who finds what he is saying ironic? Seeing as how it is the Country Club RINOs like him and the Bushes who helped to create Obama.
The framers of the Constitution did not envision “King Barack I” when they formed the separation of powers within the federal government, said Republican strategist Karl Rove.
Actually they did.
That is why the Constitution is written the way it is.
They also predicted people like Karl Rove. They believed that the party system would destroy good government.
They were right on both counts.
Yes, Karl, they did. Remedies were written in the Constitution, with much of this first response dependent upon the Congress. Of course, your contributions to corrupting them stopped that. The People’s remedy is becoming the only option. Your GOP action in Mississippi is threatening the peaceful option. What do you expect next? Or do you expect us to lie down and take it some more?
Karl Rove is not an elected GOPe official who has to resort to comments about “incompetence” involving Obama out of fear of being called a “racist”.
He is a GOPe personality who can be more strident and emotional, a sort of PT Barnum shilling and hustling grassroots support to win elections so Republicans will give us the same policies as Obama, except in slow motion.
I heard a pitch from Dr. Ben Carson the other day saying we need to “replace” Obamacare.
That’s the GOPe plan for power, they repeal Obamacare and replace it with Romneycare, instead of eliminating Obamacare and taking us back to where we were before government mandated health insurance for everyone.
Oh yes they did. They entrusted a congress to do it’s job, as well, and even a corrupt congress who takes it’s orders from the corrupt Chamber of Money
They established borders and power of the purse.
Rove needs to go home.
Actually they did.
What they did not envision was a Congress so filled with compromised spineless weasels that they would not trigger the remedies they wrote into our Constitution.
Because there's not a drop of testosterone between the lot of 'em and they're sharing 4 brain cells, or they'd KNOW the ****** is usurping the authority given by the people and they'd actually DO something ... like have him arrested.
Every one of 'em are lawyers (or most of 'em, anyway) and they know how to word a charge and make it stick.
Kommie Karl Rove is one of the main reasons Obama got elected, and runs amok.
Rove supports Obama by going after Conservative candidates willing to stand up to Obama
Rove’s management of campaigns managed to lose the overall popular vote in 2000 to AL GORE. Let that fact sink in
