A black reverend stiffed by the Cochran campaign has exposed an alleged criminal conspiracy by Cochran staffers to commit massive voter fraud ahead of Tuesday's controversial U.S. Senate Republican runoff election in Mississippi.
Reverend Stevie Fielder, associate pastor at historic First Union Missionary Baptist Church and former official at Meridian's redevelopment agency, says he delivered "hundreds or even thousands," of blacks to the polls after being offer money and being assured by a Cochran campaign operative that Chris McDaniel was a racist. "They [the Cochran campaign] told me to offer blacks fifteen dollars each and to vote for Thad."
It is illegal under several provisions of Mississippi law and federal law for campaign officials to bribe voters with cash and punishable up to five years in jail. (MS Code 97-13-1; MS Code 97-13-3 (2013) (Federal Code 18 U.S.C. 597, U.S.C. 1973i(c)) Voter fraud schemes are not unusual for Mississippi. In 1999 Mississippi's attorney general reported massive voter fraud allegations throughout the Palmetto state. In 2011, a Mississippi NAACP leader was sent to prison for voter fraud, according to the Daily Caller.
It would seem that laws were broken here, too. At the direction of the Cochran campaign, Reverend Fielder went "door to door, different places, mostly impoverished neighborhoods, to the housing authorities and stuff like that," telling fellow blacks that McDaniel was a racist and promising them $15 per vote. "They sold me on the fact that he was a racist and that the right thing to do was to keep him out of office," Fielder says.
Text messages released to Got News and a recorded interview with Reverend Fielder confirmed that Saleem Baird, a staffer with the Cochran campaign and current legislative aide to U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, and Cochran campaign manager, Kirk Sims, were involved in a $15 per vote cash bribery scheme to target members of the black community.
"They said they needed black votes," said the Reverend Fielder on the phone. He says Baird told him to put "give the fifteen dollars in each envelope to people as they go in and vote. You know, not right outside of the polling place but he would actually recruit people with the $15 dollars and they would go in and vote." Fielder said he received thousands of dollars in envelopes from Baird and distributed them accordingly. Fielder also says he went to the campaign office on another occasion to pick up $300 in cash and was among a room full of people who were doing the same thing he was.

So that is at noon here on the West Coast, I imagine someone will report on it here at FR.
Ha, he should change after 40 years? I doubt it.
The pic should be Press: Release Thad FROM Mississippi...
As I suspected, it's to try to marganilize McDaniel and make him back down from exposing the corruption and fraud used by Cochran and his minions to steal the runoff election so he can be a placekeeper for a younger more left leaning (if that is possible) radical.
Some Tweets are referring to a “media call” at 2:00 Central. Who knows? There is a thread.

That would make more sense. They wouldn’t put him in front of a bunch of reporters at this point.
4900 CASES!!!
We are almost there!!!
Friend I listen to my Lord. Take your efforts to nag elsewhere. I am well over 60 years old and have never missed an election since I was able to vote. So, go elsewhere to chant about voting efforts. I KNOW as well or better than you do about voting. EVERY one of the stinkers in the White House that I had to vote for would not get my vote today EXCEPT The Gipper. HE is the only one who has held the office since 1960s that I would vote for today. None of the others would I vote for again.
You’ve made up your mind, but that doesn’t mean it is in accordance with knowledge.
Do you listen enough to your Lord to get His heart, or do you just see someone parroting a bunch of rules at you?
There is a difference.
I'd rather the good citizens of Mississippi drag his ass out of his office and tar and feather him.
Southern justice if you will.
Shocked. Shocked.
This has got to hurt! GOOD!
anyone notice the phone? tracphone...ie obama phone....i would bet the farm on it! just something i noticed...and this is a reverend?
mim
Go away. I am finished with you. You go do what you do and I will live my life as I have lived it all these 60-plus years. I have the feeling you are not my age and thus do not have the history I have. And I am finished talking to you about my LORD. He KNOWS who I am and what I do for HIM! Not you. End of message.
Go right ahead.
????? Well that might work if those people would run Norm....the problem is they aren't.
I don't think most people are choosing to vote for the lesser of the two evils....unfortunately we should at least vote the closest to the ideal of our own standards even if it's a long shot at best.
I recall I wasn't really excited about Bush no 2# I had good reasons for that discomfort at first and believed we could have done better. However recognizing that it is God who sets the stage, for it is He who enables or not those who lead nations I rested in him.
However, when I saw those who Bush was taking into his administration, before he was actually elected, I knew then 'something was coming' that would take such men for whatever we would be facing. My family members even spoke about the sense we all had at the time. So we all voted for Bush.
It wasn't long before 9/11 and that very day we knew why Bush was our President and those serving with him.
We all knew neither Obama nor Romney were even close to ideal.....in fact difficult to pull the lever. But we voted just the same despite the lesser of the two evils. We lost.
Today there is no doubt in my mind our country, and even the world, would be far better off had Romney won. Hind sight yes, but the truth nontheless.
I'm all for Cruz should he be appointed....and I suspect there's a couple others lessor, in my view, I would vote for though not my ideal. Whoever wins will have far more to contend with than Obama has squacked about.....it will be a defining moment on who that person chooses to serve with him.
It's not just the President which matters Norm...it's who he puts around him.....Obama chose all the wrong people from the get go...even his wife showed us what we could expect.
To support what I'm saying....this is a photo Valerie Jarrett, Obama's key advisor has in her Washington office....says it all....
I had same experience with voting for Bush#2...and knew why on 9/11.
AS for Romney, yes, we would have had better finances but he is NWO ,so not sure how that would have turned out...freemasonry (Illuminati) is part of Mormons.
However I knew O Drama was trouble, and told everyone I could...people are dense at times. The handwriting was on the wall and now they can see it or parts of it.
But with Obama we all certainly knew nothing but destruction would come...I just didn't think our Representatives would be so weak and ineffective in fighting him...but I have to give them this..they have stopped him enough that he's using Ex. Privilege now that's really p*ssing even the democrats off.
Yes, the handwriting was clearly on the wall...but as you say most who supported him are dense when it comes to what a candidate really is. The black community saw what they determined was an opportunity....each for whatever reason..he was their man for the color of his skin for the most part. Many who never voted before got behind him.
It's going to be difficult to find any representative who isn't for the Globalist NWO...or at least knows that's the game board they'll be playing on.
I think this is also why once a new President meets with Security they ALL come away white as sheep....they know it's not just about the USA....it's fully International..and enemies are everywhere! Obama never saw the threats because in his mind he was the appointed Savior regardless...and Valerie Jarrett made certain his entire administration knew who it really was that was going to "rule" and it wasn't Obama.
