Yeah but that was better than 20 years ago. They launched a bunch of them at Israel and Suudi Arabia but I don't think they killed more than a handful of people.
Point and shoot, they fall out of the sky in the general vicinity of the target.

If I’m not mistaken, the Skuds hit nothing significant in Israel.
