I found a number of Ayers comments were false and Kelly challenged him on many of them.

However, I found it interesting that Ayers claimed there were 20,000 bombings during the period and that Weather Underground was responsible for approx. 2,000. Kelly did not challenge him on this. I don’t remember hearing of 20,000 bombings in US during any period. Anyone have any tots on this?

The Black Panthers did a few bombings. I imagine a few other groups did bombings as well...

However, 20,000 is a difficult number to believe is accurate.
