Are you asking if I think Goldwater’s support of abortion and gay rights is treason? or the fact that the author of this opinion piece does not recognize the fact that Goldwater really is not “anathema to liberals” (in fact, many liberals heap praise on Goldwater)? Or are you talking about something else altogether?
