“They would have standing as a “body” - the US House of Representatives. It’s a Constitutional issue of the President treading on the Comstitutional powers of the US House of Representatives.
I’m not a lawyer let alone someone who practices before a superior court just a messenger passing on the message. Now if your a lawyer and practice before a superior court why not call his show and express your opinion ?
