"Well ... I guess we are living in a fairly lawless time." We have only ourselves to blame... We continue to send lawyer after lawyer to Washington...but what we really need are businessmen... Or at least someone who has actually had a J-O-B at some point in their lives.!
After a while the Lawyers in Washington begin to believe they are above the law...it's theirs...they own it..!! It's THEIR Department Of Justice...It's THEIR Supreme Court...THEY decide what the law is and WHO it applies to.!! The people have absolutely no say in it..! Men can marry men, cows can marry pigs and Al Gore can force us to buy carbon credits and there ain't a damned thing we can do about it.!
We need to stop thinking that our leaders need to reflect perfect appearance, perfect speech, academic achievement out the kazoo... What we really need are LEADERS.. Honest men... God fearing people who love America.. People who are principled to the bone..!
We need people who would look at what happened in Mississippi and not ONLY know it was wrong, but SAY it was wrong..! And they would work hard to correct the injustice that happened there...
Sorry for the rant but like everyone else, I'm pretty upset about the whole thing...
