On Thursday, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled that President Obama exceeded his authority with recess appointments to the National Relations Labor Board. This comes a day after Speaker of the House John Boehner said he plans to go forward with a lawsuit against President Obama over his use of executive action.
Tonight on On the Record, Charles Krauthammer said the fact that the courts opinion was written by a liberal shows contempt for the presidents actions.
He obviously trampled on the constitutional powers, Krauthammer said.
Justice Stephen Breyer said in his majority opinion that a congressional break must last at least more than 10 days to be considered a recess under the Constitution.

Obama is protected by melanin armor. If the world is destroyed protecting Obama so be it. The first white-black president of the USA must be protected.
It's very frustrating to see how many conservative pundits are apparently clueless about the nature of Leftists. It's like they don't know any Leftists personally and therefore don't understand how they truly do hate America (White America, in their race-obsessed view). Obama is, in fact, our first anti-American president. Rush Limbaugh is a noteworthy exception. He does understand the left, so it's refreshing to listen to him speak about their aims.
You're welcome. Of course Nixon would have been impeached, and removed, because unlike the Demonrats of today, Republicans would not support a president of their party who was guilty of an impeachable offense. Obama is guilty of many offenses more egregious than Nixon's.
