The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

Oh they are trained and we have election commissioners and they are all paid by the Democrat controlled government.
If I understand correctly, logic would also indicate that the votes were for Thad since the flyers, calls, etc.we’re urging votes for him and since the community was already saying that he “owed” them for their support. This was an admission of sorts.
I hope so too. The MS GOP may deny him an audit, but it will expose
the corruption. And that will cause heads to roll in MS. And rules to be changed.(like closing the primary to only GOP voters)
Now we’re talking.
No way McDaniel voters will vote for Thad in November if they have solid evidence he cheated. We essentially have that
Just now jumping into this discussion. You say where you vote each paper ballot is identifiable as to the particular voter who cast it? Are you certain of that? That sure would do away with the concept of a secret ballot, no?
Where I vote, they take your name and address (and soon a picture id) and verify that I’m registered to vote in that district. We then take a paper ballot from the stack, and vote, or we go to an electronic machine and vote. They aren’t supposed to know who cast votes for whom.
And in a primary election where both parties have primaries, we choose either a Dem or GOP ballot from the two they give us, vote on one of them and discard the other one, so we can vote in whichever primary we want, but only in one. Again, no record is kept as to which primary we voted in, only that we voted.
If that’s the way it is in Mississippi, it will be impossible to tell a) if a person had voted in the Dem primary on June 3rd (He might have voted GOP), and b) who they voted for on June 24th in the runoff (since ballots are secret.)
Granted, if their name shows up on a Democrat Poll Watcher’s list, he probably voted Dem on June 3rd and shouldn’t have voted June 24th. Also granted, if he did vote anyway, he probably voted for Cochran.
So, Cochran possibly stole the election, but it’s not going to be simple to demonstrate conclusively, I suspect. You would have to interview individual voters, and get them to tell you that they a) voted Dem on June 3, and b) voted Cochran on June 24th. A judge with a healthy respect for statistics might overturn the election if 100 or so voters were interviewed and nearly all of them voted illegally, and it could then be also shown that there were 10,000 or more such situations, but it’s a real stretch that would all happen.

Looks like some higher math type analysis here. Will take some time to slog through it.
And it appears reading the page as a record of invalid votes is correct ...
Campaigns wait as votes begin to roll in
One voter Annette Harper came to the precinct this afternoon looking to vote, but was told she couldn't vote because her name was on the Democratic poll book as voting in the June 3 Democratic primary.
Lots of same day registering/voting going on...
those votes need to be proven...from valid eligible MS voters..
It seems some are confused. We WANT the vote certified so McD can get access to the voter rolls and challenge it in court,,he only has a certain amount of time to do that AFTER it is certified.
If Cochran’s camp succeeds in holding up the certification,,,,which is what they are trying to do,,,,,it will give McD even LESS time to view the rolls and collect the evidence needed to challenge it.
So yes,,we want the vote certified .......
“UPDATE: The Cochran campaign is reportedly asking county clerks not to certify the voting rolls until the last day possible so that the McDaniel people will not be able to look at the rolls and challenge them.”
Please correct me if I’m wrong but that’s how I am reading it in the article of reference.
Sorry for the confusion.
However, there is no downside to McDaniel exposing this corruption.
The MS GOP may not allow McDaniel an audit and that would be a disappointment.
However, exposing corruption is always a good thing.
McDaniel supporters will then demand that heads roll for people
elected to serve on election boards.
It may also help rewrite MS primary rules, such as closing the primary
to only GOP voters.
Al both of those are good things.
Yes we DO want it certified, unless you want Cochran in there. McD (nor Cochran) can view the voter rolls or challenge the result unless it’s certified and then they only have a few days to issue a legal challenge.
Cochran’s camp wants the certification strung out as long as possible....
Yes, we do want it certified,,,asap!
I figure the GOPe machine hired the GOTV chore to DEMs. You know, payola helps the turnout and all that. Just turnout, there is no question about eligibility, etc., that gets sorted out later.
Even worse for the corrupt MS GOP elections Commission.
In my county the ballots are numbered by the poll worker and that number is put by the name of the voter on the roll so that if questioned that ballot of that voter can be found and pulled.
That depends on the race of the person being denied a second ballot.
I agree. I will bet you money that these voters know their rights when it comes to their “entitlements”.
As soon as its certified, McDaniel should file the challenge. THIS IS SOME BS!
