The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

REP on that sheet is short for “REPRESENTATIVE’
To: Kenny
There is no way to identify who they voted for.
Ballots have no ID tags.

I live in NY, and no we don't have cross over voting in primaries, but if you walk in and try to vote twice in an election the poll workers are smart enough to turn you away, at least here in upstate. And they kept a record of these shenanigans? Not hard to track down the people who let the individual vote. A judge rarely looks at the books unless challenged. The supposedly "trained" poll worker does. And they can be Democrats, although we Republicans usually run our own primaries in NY. At least what Republicans we have left. :(

I agree. This is THE time for the TEA/conservative groups, that supported Chris, to step up and help fund this recount.

I doubt he gives a damn what the DC senate jerks think. They’ve been against him from the start

Go to the link. There is a photo that shows “Democratic Poll Book” across the top.
This does look like fraud, if these are authentic photos.
To: MacMattico
Around here they ask city and county workers to volunteer to be election judges and the county pays them.

Well, maybe you can’t . . . but if the fraud is identified and eradicated - I reckon the vote will be a little more believable - and perhaps enough to ensure a Cochran loss.

True, and therein lies the problem. At what point are there enough illegal votes to invalidate the election?
I work elections in a state with open primaries. In our recent runoff, anyone trying to vote in the Republican runoff who had voted in the Democrat’s primary was promptly sent to the other side of the room.
It is unfathomable to me that these votes were allowed by election personnel — unless there was corruption involved. I don’t know enough about the demographics of the affected precincts to guess.

Amen Jim. Why is Hinds County denying McDaniel the right to audit
votes? What are they trying to sweep under the table.
If there is nothing to hide, why not allow McDaniel to audit?

A better view of the form is in Post 100.
It shows the whole page. It also shows three illegal votes by Dems, with names.

Why would a Democratic Party poll book even
have a 06/24/2014 column? They didn't have any election going on then.
Sorry, but this smells as phony as a $3 bill.

They were just following former Chicago Mayor Daley’s advice: Vote early, vote often.

If a registered democrat voted in the Republican run-off, it was for the old geezer. --
I do wonder what the remedy is, and the threshold. At some level, a court has to assume something about the invalid ballots. At best, once a certain number of ballots are invalidated, the election results are voided. The number has to be at least the margin of victory (court would assume all of the votes went to the victor), but might be as many as twice that or more.

I would really like to think its stupidity or ignorance. I really would like to believe that is the case. I hope it wasn't the case were an election judge was afraid to do their job or didn't care. It appears they documented the ineligible voting. The question is whether there are enough ineligible voters to warrant another primary runoff.

Don’t forget Hinds County election commissioner is Thud Cochran’s sister-in-law.
