Why would a Democratic Party poll book even have a 06/24/2014 column? They didn't have any election going on then.

Sorry, but this smells as phony as a $3 bill.

Because printing the page that way, before the primary, covers the contingency of a runoff. If there is not runoff, no sweat. If there IS a runoff, the page can be used to make sure nobody casts an invalid vote. Obviously, that use was not maintained for three voters shown on this sheet ;-)

Because that was the date of their run-off, if there were to be one, as well. It is on the same date, just as the primary is on the same date for all parties.

Because their names would not be in the republican roll book.
They were allowed to vote in the 6/24 Republican runoff __IF__
they did not vote in the democratic primary
