Call them all in, separate them, tell them the penalty they could get, and then grant immunity from prosecution to the one who sings.

The Federal Records Act requires IRS employees to save all of their emails pertaining to agency business and to also print those emails out in case they have a computer crash.

Well technically, harassing the political enemies of Obama is not part of official agency business, therefore they didn't have to save or print emails about doing it.

Even Kafka would be throwing away this part after he wrote it thinking he needed to tone down the craziness a bit.

Why did they leave two of these people off the list?

maybe these worms will tell the truth now that the supreme court has ruled against one thing the communist did..The worms might be real surprised when they find out the liar can’t do anything for them or won’t if his head is on the chopping block..He blames everyone but himself for his wrong doing..

Better fess up worms you will go to prison or even be hung..

Isn’t destroying evidence considered a crime itself? What about the requirement for keeping copies of all emails and electronic transactions? If the IRS were a private business, the feds would be all over them for the same offenses. But I guess fed bureaucrats get a free pass, and executive branch protection to boot.

There are too many people involved in this conspiracy to keep a lid on it. Squeeze them and somebody will talk.

I still vote for going after the administrative staff. Offer immunity to Lois Lerner’s executive assistant.

Funny how 18 and a half minutes of missing tape requires a special committee and articles of impeachment to be drawn up against a sitting president. But when it is numerous hard drive crashes (and I find it silly that they are calling it a hard drive if in fact it was a server) and all the archiving and back up contracts had been cancelled (how convenient) but made to look like they were still active by paying for maintenance on nonfunctioning machines...... I could go on but it just raises my blood pressure.

Does anyone miss the point that O has become a full blown Hugo????
