WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court has limited a president's power to make temporary appointments to fill high-level government jobs.
The court said Thursday that President Barack Obama exceeded his authority when he invoked the Constitution's provision on recess appointments to fill slots on the National Labor Relations Board in 2012.

I think we’ve had a number of Presidents ignore the US Supreme Court before. I believe Abraham Lincoln was one such President.
I think Abraham Lincoln said something to the effect ... “What army are you going to use to enforce it!” ... LOL ...

And just what will make Obambi follow this ruling/decision? When a federal judge ruled that the gulf oil lease ban was unconstitutional, Obambi & Holdem just wrote a ‘new’ regulation that stated exactly the same thing. There are no laws, regulations, or procedures when Obambi is doing the work of remaking Amerika. The end justifies..........anything......
