Celebrity Donald Trump and Republican U.S. Senate candidate Rob Maness apparently clashed at the Republican Leadership Conference held in New Orlean earlier this month, according to reporter Jeremy Alford at LaPolitics.
Trump suggested Maness, a retired Air Force colonel with Tea Party backing, could hurt U.S. Rep. Bill Cassidy's chances to defeat Democratic incumbent Mary Landrieu in Louisiana's U.S. Senate race this fall.

I live in Vitter’s area, so that contest is not mine to argue about. However, with all the ads flooding the tube, with little ol’ Mary, and her dad, were too much for me to take, while I was in the V.A. ward bed!
Mary is seeking to hide her habit of being an Obama aficionado by running as cutesy daddy’s little girl.
