Federal officials can’t be tried for state crimes?
The reason I ask this is because what Norm has said is true: under the status quo all the “resistance” is just WWE-style theater. They “let” so-and-so win this round and then The Crusher comes and blah blah blah. It’s to keep us all chewing our cuds watching the theater while the boa coils silently around the nation’s neck.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Unless and until we find a method to stop crooks in high places, all we will ever have is a stinkin’ cesspool.
One of the checks and balances to the federal government is the STATES. Federal bigwigs are NOT immune to prosecution by the States. Heck, Ronnie Earl made a business out of trumping up fake charges for political purposes. If he can do that then why the heck can’t the States do it for REAL crimes that have been committed? At some point the state AG’s need to protect their citizens from the WORST “scams” - Washington DC’s orc armies in agencies all over the country including in every STATE.
I’ve been saying for a very long time that the failure of LAW ENFORCEMENT has resulted in a “Dark Knight” situation here in the USA. A lot of that is because law enforcement has become politicized out of meaning anything, and the cockroaches are running wild, knowing nobody has the guts to ever expose and exterminate them. That is a SYSTEMIC problem, and it is killing this nation.

Did Eric Holder hold up a gas station? If so then he can be prosecuted. But then his attorney would probably delay the case until after he retires to Venezuela.
Face it, Eric Holder is UNTOUCHABLE.
Obama is UNTOUCHABLE.
Unless and until the Congress institutes impeachment proceedings AND hell freezes over, these guys are going to be around until at least January 20, 2017.
