Has Issa ever actually accomplished a damn thing with his endless hearings? Besides making himself look like an opportunistic jerk, that is.

As long as Eric Holder owns the Justice Department, Issa's hands are tied behind his back and he is strapped to a chair and gagged.

Only Eric Holder can act on any of the committee recommendations and he's not going to do anything and he isn't going anywhere.

So why not arrest Holder for contempt of Congress?

Or why not refer various cases to a STATE court, for crimes committed against the citizens of that state? For instance, True the Vote is in Texas, isn’t it? Send the evidence to the Texas AG and have him prosecute all the players - including Lerner and anybody else. Use the federal power to force subpoenas, and use the states’ powers to bypass the lying, thieving enemy Eric Holder, whose only job is to stop justice from ever happening. Collect the evidence at the federal level and then send the evidence, with a referral, to a state AG that will do it justice.

Is there a reason that could not be done? When something dams up a river, that river eventually finds a different course. Eric Holder can sit in the dang river all he wants, but the water WILL find a way around him, and it will hopefully leave him sitting in a desert dying of thirst.
