Palin: ‘If Republicans Are Gonna Act Like Democrats, Then What’s the Use?’
Mediaite ^ | June 24, 2014 | Josh Feldman

Posted on 06/24/2014 8:09:57 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

Sarah Palin joined Sean Hannity to weigh in on the latest election news, and Palin told Hannity that it would be hard for her to stay with the Republicans and get excited about them if they continue acting like Democrats and rolling over.

She took a shot at the “status quo” politics of people like Senator Thad Cochran and said the Eric Cantor upset shows people want strong constitutionalists in power who don’t represent “the man [or] the establishment” in Washington.

Hannity asked Palin if she would actually follow through on her previous hints she’d go third party. Palin replied, “If Republicans are gonna act like Democrats, then what’s the use?” She said the GOP needs to thrive and stand strong against the president’s policies, otherwise “it does no good to get all enthused about them anymore.”

That’s the problem with open primaries: they allow scum bags like Cochran to win in the end.

And the polls favored Eric Cantor, too, as far as polls go.

Ping to Sarah's Conservative List!

If someone wants Democrats to vote for them, promising that they will promote THEIR platform.

What does that make them?

Nah, they could have just waited and voted for the dem in the general to get the goods. What got them to the voting booth was the “walking money”. Wave money around in a trailer park and you can come up with a LOT of votes. And the statistics in this vote STRONGLY suggest that’s exactly what happened today.

Sick. Everybody should call the RSNC and tell them vote-buying is criminal and we’re sick of crooks.

Cochran acting like a dim means it is highly likely there was vote fraud involved.

Of course, in this day and age, “racist comments” could mean anything. Maybe he opposed illegal immigration on his show. Maybe he was complaining about the “knockout game.” Maybe he was pitching voter ID.

Call the RNC and tell them to get their money where they get their votes....
...from the Dems and Amnesty backers.

Excellent reply. We need to hold are heads high and march on.

We’re not done tonight.

If anything this should make us stronger.

I for one am proud over all the good TEA party candidates springing up everywhere. Some have won, some didn’t. but there’ll be other races, too. I expect the TEA party to take over the GOP.

Back in 1976 I was so upset that Reagan lost his challenge to Ford, I voted for Jimmy. What a debacle!

But Reagan came back in 80 and I got to see him inaugurated! I even was on the military inauguration squad when I was stationed in DC in 1984 (although they cancelled all our outdoor activities due to the cold weather).

Respectfully disagree.

That would be handing the nation to the Marxist/progressive/Dems.

Property (including gun)confiscation, open borders, and a "living, breathing" Constitution.

Cochran will not win in November. That is sufficient.

Lets start with a second one first..

Tonight, the democrat and republican party fused together..

They are one.

While it is unsaid on Media Outlets as of now.

Many here on F.R. and Many on other parts of the Internet have picked up the Memetic Mutation of "Uniparty"

You saw it here first, and you were the originals.

Any chance he could run a write in campaign?

It's possible, but we all got mad when Lisa Murkowski did that. Let's just let the waste of skin campaign, and we can see by how much he loses on election day when some conservatives don't bother to check his box.

Either an Obamocrat or a Republocrat.

It's the Socialists against the Tea Party and Americans.

Ditto. I’ve decided if Alexander wins the primary in TN that I’ll stay at home for the general. No point in voting for leftwing Republicans. None.

MAybe McDAniel will do a Murkowski and run as an Independent in the general. Less likely the Dems who voted for Cockroach will do so in the general.

I'd stay home or skip it on the ballot. I can't vote for a leftist, period.

What’s so depressing is that these tactics work.

As long as the voting public allow themselves to be swayed by ads that appeal to the lowest common denominator, they’re going to wind up with a government similar to the one they have now.

Candidates that run low-class campaigns tend to become low-class politicians after the election.
