I said I would provide all the emails. We are providing all the emails. The fact that three years ago, some of themnot all of them, but some of themwere not available, I never said I would provide you emails we didnt have, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told a Monday evening hearing of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
Frustrated Republicans and apologetic Democrats questioned Koskinen about Lois Lerners vanished emails for several hours, beginning with Committee Chair Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who asked Koskinen if he knew those critical emails were missing when he testified before Issas committee on March 26but said nothing at the time about problems cropping up. [ ]
Later in the hearing, Koskinen was unable to remember when in Aprilbeginning, middle or endhe was told that some of Lerners emails were missing. Nor could he remember who told him, he testified.

Koskinen is an arrogant ass!
It would be very interesting if somehow those missing e-mails turned up. I know they still exist...somewhere.
He is typical of the IRS. They are jackbooted thugs and need to be abolished. . .
I’ve never seen such an arrogant little pr*ck. Oh, how I’d love to slap him.
I wish one of the republicans would announce “Tomorrow I’m going to bring a sword in for every democrat. You can all fall on them and get it over with.”

Deflection and obfuscation.
Issa don’t care.
He’s the bizarro world equivalent of Honey Badger and he’s All Hat...No Cattle, slower than a herd of turtles in January. ...
Putz...
Koskinen was in charge of the Y2K nonsense, too.
He is a profligate liar - chosen because of his lies.
All it will take is ONE employee. There has to be ONE that is fed up with the mess.
Scooter Libby should have just said “I can’t remember” also.
Paging Snowden...redeem yourself. Show us the emails!
Correct, if it wasn't for Trey Gowdy, Issa's group would be led by rep cummings.
I am so disappointed in Issa, he started like a real man, and then obama's thugs showed him the pictures of the goat...lamb...chicken... take your pick.
The resume is missing the part about him being a degenerate lying scumbag and arch criminal
Praying for some career IRS employee with integrity who is completely disgusted with the criminal lying going on in this Administration. Deep Throat II.
The arrogance of Koskinen and this entire administration is indeed disheartening. I have come to believe that nothing will change until someone in this administration is made to suffer some real consequences for their actions. So far all the wailing and gnashing the Rs are putting forth don’t even approach the proverbial tempest in a teacup.
The other shoe needs to fall, so to speak, and in a very public place. I suggest that not one but both shoes need to fall about six feet with a sudden stop. And if the Rs cannot arrange for a Koskinen-level candidate for this short trip, I suggest one of them take his place.
If we have a President who is NEVER held to account...how can we expect to hold his underlings to account?
And they KNOW it too!
“Lyndon B. Johnson appointed the commission [Kerner Commission] On July 28, 1967, while rioting was still underway in Detroit, Michigan.”
Ever wonder how that worked out?
