Austin Flake and his wife were watching 17 dogs at their boarding house near Gilbert, Ariz. when one of the dogs chewed through a power cord that connected to the air conditioning where the animals were housed. According to a report on Fox10 in Phoenix, the power went out and that was that – the dogs died in the heat.
The described scene was nothing short of gruesome. In one account, a female owner of one of the dogs came to pick up her pooch. “We went out of the front and he carried my Daisy who was lifeless,” she said. “I prayed that they were still alive and he just threw her at my feet like a piece of meat.” (It is unclear who “he” is.)

Jeff Flake is a jackass of a toady. He couldn’t wait to get to Washington to start voting right in line with every other RINO there. Makes you wonder what his backstory is.
You’d think a responsible kennel would have alarms for such things.
I know of snake keepers who have alarms set up to notify them if the power goes out and the temps rise or drop.
It appears that the son may be as despicable as the Senator is turning out to be. Senator Flake wasted no time after assuming office before revealing himself as being a John McCain RINO.
Telling some of the owners that their dogs ran away — COMPLETE lack of character, and where do you suppose that was learned from?
Did I mention that I can’t stand Jeff Flake? I’ll never forget his lame explanation for voting to continue providing military equipment to the radicals who ousted Mubarak. Once there’s a treaty in place, we have to keep our word no matter who’s in charge don’tcha know.

Flake’s great, great grandpa was half of a great bar bet back in the day. The town of Snowflake, AZ was named after two pioneers, Snow and Flake. You could always get a bet that that was too absurd to be true.
What sort of set up would a dog boarder have where the dogs’ survival depended upon indoor air conditioning? No outdoor kennel runs or places to exercise? No shade? Adequate fresh water?
This all sound pretty bizarre.
Should have packed them up and sent them off to His Arrogance for a state dinner for the Chinese.
They are probably worried that some free market loving illegal aliens will abduct them for dog fighting.
Jeff Flake has a lot of children and grandchildren I think. You would think working out a way to stop children or pets cutting power cords would be higher on the agenda than amnesty.
Half the people who knew Jeff Flake endorsed his opponent. It wasn’t just about amnesty it was about the honesty of Flake.
Why is this even being mentioned?
It is a major story about Jeff Flake and his sons. It will be interesting to see the public backlash.
Flake has faced protests over opposing gun control for “the children”. He makes a big deal about the welfare of illegal aliens in the heat of the desert and living in the shadows (by choice).
The MCSO deals a lot with animal cruelty. Like horses shot in the head and left to die in the desert.
