Latino lawmakers move to reverse decades of anti-immigrant legislation
LA Times ^ | 6/22/2014

Two decades after California voters took a hard line on illegal immigration, affirmative action and bilingual education, an ascendant class of Latino lawmakers is seeking to rewrite the books and discard the polarizing laws.

Flexing its growing clout in Sacramento, this generation of legislators is returning to the 1990s-era fights that propelled them into politics. On Monday, they will mark 20 years since Proposition 187 — the landmark initiative withholding public services such as healthcare and education from those in the country illegally — qualified for the ballot.

Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Los Angeles), chairman of the Latino Legislative Caucus, said there is a satisfying "full circle" feel in revisiting these formative struggles with Latinos now empowered.

But others say the legislators are falling back on yesterday's battles for use as a political cudgel — a move that could risk alienating other voters.

Loyalty to ethnicity first and foremost.
In anyone who was white, that would be termed racism.

And it passed quite handily, but then some black robed criminal (Felton Henderson I believe) decided that the State Constitution and the People's will did not matter - he was going to squash it all by his lonesome.
Also note that this Proposition was written to deal with people here illegally. I.e., law breakers... But of course that was when we foolishly thought we were a Nation, and a Nation of laws.

It's not about them having a common skin color. It's more of an "honor among thieves" type thing:

Democrats stealing taxpayer money so others can stay her illegally.

Old white democrats pushed Latino legal and illegal immigration for years. Soon, those same Latino’s will be in the majority (elected and otherwise) and push out those old white democrats. Right now we haveww adem majority state, but soon it will also be a brown dem majority.

Initially the checks will be sent from the proceeds derived from the sale of confiscated American property, both public and private.

Of course back in the '90s many of us predicted that those "immigrants" would end up voting, mostly illegally, to tilt California's political structure to empower Latinos. Now all they need is a Latino governor to rubber-stamp legislation and Villaraigosa is warming up in the bull pen.

The judge who decided Prop. 187 was "unconstitutional" was U.S. District Judge Mariana Pfaelzer. At that point I realized that when a vote of the people could be quashed by a single judge, our Democratic Republic was done for.

Nice take: "It's not about them having a common skin color. It's more of an "honor among thieves" type thing: Democrats stealing taxpayer money so others can stay here illegally.

Who is Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Los Angeles), chairman of the Latino Legislative Caucus

<><> How many US govt checks are Lara, his supporters, his staff, and his family cashing?

<><> How many Social Security numbers are the Riveras using?

<><> How many identities are the Laras using?

<><> Is Lara (his staff, his supporters, or his family) members of radical latino groups plotting to overthrow the US government?

<><> Is Lara (his staff, his supporters, or his family) paid agents of foreign governments?

WHO IS GIVING LARA HIS MARCHING ORDERS? The FBI needs to subpoena Lara's phone records, emails and snail mail .....

<><> Examine his campaign contributors, foreign travel, wire transfers, etc.

<><> Does Lara employ illegals as staff w/ tax dollars?

===================================================

How did Lara get into public office?

<><> Did ethno-centric latino groups vote him in in large numbers....under multiple identities?

<><> Are any of Lara's voters registered to vote at multiple addresses?

==================================================

SAMPLE LETTER TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
Taxpayers are urged to act now.
FBI TIPS PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov

SUBJECT: Collusion, conspiracy, and bribery
IN RE: financial irregularities
REFERENCE: govt fraud, falsified documents, wire transfers, accounting fraud, terrorism, armed insurgency, etc.

NARRATIVE Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of multiple conspiracies to collude in sub rosa deals to personally profit and/or to facilitate voters enrollments, and fraudulent voting.

OF INTEREST TO LAW ENFORCEMENT The FBI should interrogate Latino Legislative Caucus individuals for evidence of multiple schemes to falsify govt documents. The FBI should investigate any and all official documents submitted by the Rivera and latino pressure groups supporting him.

Crimes might include---conspiracy, collusion, falsifying official documents (a felony), money laundering, tax evasion, extorting taxpayers, theft of govt monies, misuse of public office and government positions, financing foreign govt schemes, financing subversion and the undermining of US ntl security, funding armed takeover plans, etc.

Examine Lara's and Latino Legislative Caucus members' tax returns with a fine-tooth comb.....especially entries for "interest income."

Do Lara and the Latino Legislative Caucus know (or care) about these guys?

NJ BERGEN RECORD CIRCA 2004---Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity (latinos establish multiple identities in order to ride the US gravy train).

The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses---- for any state in the US------ passports and resident alien cards, said NJ state police.

The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout.

After a search (to which the bros consented), police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs.

All tolled, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####

And the massive immigration is caused by Americans not having their own kids.

It has absolutely noting to do with it.

Immigration was brought here purely to do what it has done, to replace the traditional Americans and form a democrat party run nation.

The Democrats knew what they were doing
“However, if there is one man who can take the most credit for the 1965 act, it is John F. Kennedy. Kennedy seems to have inherited the resentment his father Joseph felt as an outsider in Boston’s WASP aristocracy. He voted against the McCarran-Walter Act of 1952, and supported various refugee acts throughout the 1950s. In 1958 he wrote a book, A Nation of Immigrants, which attacked the quota system as illogical and without purpose, and the book served as Kennedy’s blueprint for immigration reform after he became president in 1960. In the summer of 1963, Kennedy sent Congress a proposal calling for the elimination of the national origins quota system. He wanted immigrants admitted on the basis of family reunification and needed skills, without regard to national origin. After his assassination in November, his brother Robert took up the cause of immigration reform, calling it JFK’s legacy. In the forward to a revised edition of A Nation of Immigrants, issued in 1964 to gain support for the new law, he wrote, “I know of no cause which President Kennedy championed more warmly than the improvement of our immigration policies.” Sold as a memorial to JFK, there was very little opposition to what became known as the Immigration Act of 1965.”

Well I moved from California around 8 years ago but if I were still a citizen of that state I would vote with the Democrats. Here’s why. California is circulating the toilet so why not give it some help. By allowing public money and benefits California becomes an even bigger magnet for illegals. Ship those folks who are coming over now to LA and SF. Others all ready here in the US will flock to the Golden State.

Agree he’s a lightweight but he has statewide name recognition with Latinos and big city liberals. These days Democrats vote on identity politics, not qualifications. Jerry Brown and Obama are prime examples of being unqualified. A Latino governor is coming whether it’s Tony or someone else.
