Only one problem: the Office of Management and Budget issued a memo August 24, 2012 reminding federal employees that President Obama signed a directive on November 18, 2011 that offered specific guidelines as to the handling of records (see memo page 3 below).

If they did, a LOT of heads at the IRS are going to roll. And both Valerie Jarrett and Eric Holder will be out of their jobs.

LOL! You forgot the ‘/s’ tag. Name ONE person who’s endured REAL punishment over these recent criminal scandals.

If they did, a LOT of heads at the IRS are going to roll. And who of the Republicans is strong enough to lift that axe? Issa might do some hatchet juggling to entertain the crowd, but not much more.

"If they did, a LOT of heads at the IRS are going to roll. And both Valerie Jarrett and Eric Holder will be out of their jobs.' Doubtful. DC runs on lies. People there expect to be lied to because they themselves spin lies all the time.
Only the truth creates outrage; lies are the coin of the realm.

they have to comply by 2016. This is not a good thing for us but quite the opposite. Right there in the article.

Ha. Ha. Ha...
I would bet very large sums of money...not a single head will roll...
Not while obama and holder are in office....
Hell, they will probably get bonuses for lying....

From the article..."As of November of 2011, it was no longer the policy to only keep records (including emails) for only six months. They were to be kept 'for as long as they are needed.'"
Well that clears the mystery up. Lerner et al certainly didn't need the emails to brought up in their trial, so they had the records destroyed.
