I was right about the Iraq war. I was against it from the start. I was for the war to liberate Kuwait from Iraq. I was against the war on Iraq to retaliate for 9/11.

I just wanted to drop a tactical nuke on a middle east city harboring the terrorists that were involved in 9/11, turn it to glass, take our lumps with international public condemnation, and warn every terrorist world wide that another event would yield another nuked middle eastern city.

Then call it a day.

But a protracted war? No. I knew a brutal Dictator like Saddam was needed to stabilize the region. Everybody knew it. Everybody knew Democracy would never hold in Iraq and the end game could only be another radical Islamic fundamentalist nation. We hoped against hope once the war was on, but we knew Muslims are not capable of Democracy.

That and his other actions have enabled a modern caliphate to become organized. Obama’s goal IMHO.

The necessary fact without which nothing makes sense.

All the events since the "Arab Spring" started have been geared to this goal: the caliphate.

The Iraq War was the right thing to do. All of Bush's actions have been undone and then some by Obama, who is the polar opposite of Bush and follows him like the night follows the day.
