Murray Energy CEO Robert Murray says he is scared to death for this country, for poor people, those who live on fixed incomes and for people who are retiring.
Murray says Obama is illegally using the EPA and the Clean Air Act to take over the US Electric Power Grid and in the process he’s destroying low-cost energy.
Murray points out that coal is only 4 cents per kilowatt-hour and Obama wants to replace it with renewable energy sources, wind and solar, that cost 22 cents per kilowatt-hour.
By 2030, according to Murray, we will be down from 40% coal-fired electricity to 14% coal-fired electricity.

Keep the faith, FRiends. They're the minority. There are more of us -- Americans who snort in disgust -- than there are of them. A lot more. It just doesn't look that way because the MSM and government-clamped education (very dangerous, that second one) inflate and distort the image they project of "America." But it is distorted badly. There are more of us, in real people on the ground.

More likely, he just now got the courage to speak his mind. The Obama administration has cuddled up to certain businesses while letting others know "you've got a real fine P&L there; be too bad if something happened to it."
Now that the administration seems to be falling apart, Murray feels he can speak up.

Maybe the just say what voters want to hear when all they really want to do is get rich and go to swell parties.
Or maybe they know the country is doomed anyway and are just enriching themselves as kind of prepping for the coming collapse.

When I lived in Connecticut, I voted for old-fashioned God and country Democrat Tom Dodd over Lowell Weicker and for Joe Lieberman over Weicker as well. I would do it again, early and often.
