BALTIMORE (AP) — A second Baltimore officer has been suspended while the department investigates his role in the slitting of a dog's throat, while the animal's owner says it took her days to find out how the dog died.
Court documents say Officer Thomas Schmidt held the dog down while a fellow officer cut the animal's throat on Saturday. Schmidt has been suspended with pay during the investigation, Baltimore Police spokesman Jeremy Silbert said.

Are there any mental health evaluations of any merit given to prospective police officers? These two are a couple of bat-bleep crazies. I wonder if they shouldn't be looked at for any unsolved murders of humans.

It makes sense to have psychopaths as street level enforcers in our Fundamentally Transformed country ... the Executive branch is now focused on political enforcement, but they need the thugs to bust heads out on the street.

Officer? He is evil. And his partner. Why the hell is he suspended ‘with pay’? They both need the same ‘treatment’ that they gave the dog.
