Ask Bush. For a short period of time after the fall of Baghdad we owned that country. We could have cleansed it of all wmd's and there was no one to tell us "no." The failure of the Bush administration to take care of business in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity remains both unexplained and inexplicable.
