Even if your hard drive crashes and even if you delete your emails from your account, the server still has them. The simple truth is that the IRS is lying.

Let’s assume her local HD crashed, it happens. What about the backups living on some data center servers? At work, all my work emails reside on the corporate server, not my personal machine. I presume any large organization has it the same way.
