If there is justice in the world she will be, however she truly needs to trust the matter to God. God can get past evil that mere worldly efforts can’t.
In general, I would agree with you. As much as I despise frivolous lawsuits, which includes most tort cases and most product liability cases, this one is so egregious that it should be seen as justified. I would love to see GM pay out 100% of their assets to the victims of this coverup, with an exceptionally large share for the widow in this case. Unfortunately, Old GM (General Motors - the irresponsible party) no longer exists, and New GM (Government Motors) has been ruled to be a separate company that is not responsible for claims against Old GM. It helps if you run an evil and corrupt company to have corrupt connections in high places.
I hope she takes the State and GM to the bank.
Think she will keep the name GM When she takes ownership?
