When did he say it? I’ve been screaming it since about a week after Benghazi. Levin and Pirro picked it up right after my PJ Media article, without mentioning where they found it. That’s about all I’ve heard with my own ears mention CBA explicitly. It was sure drummed into the heads of frogman junior officers, I can tell you. That was one of the reasons we found Kerry’s Cambodian Christmas such a laugher. I suppose that if every SOF J.O. knew about CBA, it was just a matter of time before a beknighted general recalled it.
