Most of you may not remember, but the lost emails tactic was used in 1996. The response was thatnthey needed bigger budgets to make email perpetually available. The congress gave them bigger budgets.
I know the email retention was put in place, based on the many federal agencies I worked for. We need to put some people in prison for obstruction.
