I’ll say it over and over. We should never have gone in to Iraq. We should never have stayed. We should never go back.
You are correct, sir.
> Ill say it over and over. We should never have gone in to Iraq. We should never have stayed. We should never go back.
It’s always about the money the military contractors making welling weapons of war and the donations (kickbacks) to the politicians that are their buddies. Wouldn’t it be a wonderful world if PACs, special interest groups, and lobbyists didn’t exist?
I respectfully don’t agree. We should have nuked the entire middle east into orbit and said, “anybody else want to mess with us?”
I agree 100%.
O-Dumb-0 will do the wrong thing - - - - guaranteed - - -
I was thinking when I saw the Bagdad Govt tell the people to take up arms. . . . . . . . . HMMMMMMMMMMMM. . . . .
What if they had none, are you listening Charley Rangel? And others?
Now maybe some will see why we need and want our own assault weapons, and ammo with large magazines.
I hope we never need them but I want them. Guns are like parachutes if you need one and don't have one you won't need one again. . . .
I agree with you. Our general impoverishment and the national tilt left are largely due to our aping of British Empire pretensions. That is not even to address the higher costs - our wounded and killed. One of ours is worth more than all of theirs.
Interesting.
How should the United States have responded to the cease-fire violations from the Kuwait War?
Nah. Kicking Saddam’s butt and exercizing our military was a good idea. It scared them.
But then that nitwit Bush and his nutjob advisors decided we could make a purse out of a pig’s ear by converting these troglodytes into democrats.
BAD mistake. The OCCUPATION caused the casualties and big expenses, not the initial conquest.
Moral of the story when dealing with Muslims. Attack with shock and awe, beat them bloody, then pull out. Message delivered. But it is IMPOSSIBLE to help these idiots over there as long as they follow Islam.
