A cottage industry grew up following the revelation that Rosemary Woods, Richard Nixons secretary, performed feats of contortionism worthy of Barnum and Bailey in order to accidentally erase 18 1/2 minutes of a June 20, 1972, tape that most experts agree contained a conversation between the president and Chief of Staff H.R. Haldeman discussing Watergate.
Here is Woods demonstrating her act:

Aren’t these emails covered under the Federal Records Act that would require them to be archived?
They were discussing this on Fox and Friends this a.m. Multiple server back-ups plus apparently there is a law that all email (not sure if it’s just IRS or all of government) must be printed. One person also brought up that maybe she was using personal email (perhaps on a personal computer) and an alias to send/receive email. Even then, her service provider should have copies and, also, it’s illegal for her to do this.
If nothing else, does anyone really think the NSA doesn’t have a backup?
“January 2009 to April 2011.”
The IRS targeting “Right Wing Extremist” is a repeat of what was done during the Clinton years.
Notice the date January 2009.
This is Hillary’s operation and it was started immediately which means Hillary had it planned to take place when she was president.
Obama didn’t have his people in place to start it in Jan 2009, the Clintons on the other hand had left their people, a “shadow govt.”, in place so they were ready to go with Hillary’s return.
The IRS targeting Tea Party/”Right Wing Extremist” wasn’t part of a plan to get Obama reelected it was originally a plan to make sure Hillary got reelected and didn’t leave the WH.
If there is no law, then there is no law
That is, Lois has no protection, no shield
Just walking around might be dangerous to her health
GOOD point.
These people act as if the laws don’t apply to them, well then don’t allow them to have ANY constitutional protections as well. Sword cuts both ways.
It would be interesting to find out just what kind of heavy armored military equipment is being situated near the DC area.
I don’t know if emails are included under that act.
Oops, I see Seattle Conservative answered your question with more information than I had.
